Warranty
You should expect a long and trouble-free life from your NiteFlux equipment. All NiteFlux lighting kits have a one year warranty. Outside of that, a comprehensive range of spare parts is available.
If you bought your NiteFlux product at a bike store. They should normally be your first point for warranty service.
If the store keeps stock, then they can replace any NiteFlux product on the spot if necessary. We are happy for stores to work at their discretion. There is no need for any delays.
If you bought your product direct from NiteFlux online, then follow the steps below.
Regardless of where you bought your NiteFlux light, you can get warranty service direct from NiteFlux if you choose.
- All NiteFlux products have a warranty of 1 year from the purchase date.
- Please prepare a copy of your purchase receipt.
- Fill out our on-line Warranty Form. This will generate an email with a Return Authorisation (RA) and an address to send your package to.
- Send back the parts as advised, along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Write your RA number on the outside of the package.
- You will receive updates via email as your claim progresses.
- We will ship the replacement back to you at our cost.
